Monthly retainers

Reserved capacity during normal business hours. Unused hours expire at the end of each service period.
Billing terms
- Increments
- First hour billed in full, then 15-minute increments
- Remote
- 1-hour minimum per engagement period
- On-site
- 4-hour minimum per visit
- Invoicing

- Expenses & third-party costs
- Travel, cloud, and AI/API costs billed at cost, with prior written approval
Priority work (reprioritizing existing commitments) is 1.5× the hourly rate; emergency / after-hours work is 2× with a 2-hour minimum.
ARCH BADGER 500, LLC · Effective October 2026. Rates are subject to change with written notice. Work begins once both parties sign a Statement of Work; rates in a signed SOW apply for that SOW.
